LuxLand™ is HKMM Group's planned residential resort community concept, designed to offer private villa ownership with the amenities and services of a luxury resort, operating year-round in Ontario, Canada.

The Vision

LuxLand™ is designed as a self-contained community where owners enjoy resort-quality living — pools, trails, clubhouse, spa, dining — while owning their private villa outright. The concept combines real estate ownership with hospitality-grade management.

Ownership Model

Freehold Ownership — Each villa is individually titled and owned.
Managed Rental Program — Optional program where owners can generate rental income when not in residence, managed by HKMM's StayFi platform.
Community Association — Shared amenities and common areas maintained through a transparent community fee structure.

Villa Types (Planned)

Studio Cabins — ~400–600 sq ft, designed for couples and weekend retreats. Illustrative pricing from ~$250K.
Family Villas — ~900–1,400 sq ft, 2–3 bedrooms with private outdoor space. Illustrative pricing from ~$450K.
Premium Estates — ~1,800–2,500 sq ft, 3–4 bedrooms with premium finishes and lakefront or forest positioning. Illustrative pricing from ~$750K.
