Work covers heritage houses, major whole-home renovation and additions to existing structures. Ground-up house construction is out of scope.
Included scope
- Existing-conditions diagnostic and structural review.
- Design coordination with BCIN-listed designers and consulting engineers.
- Permits, heritage and committee submissions where required.
- Construction with dated records and written change control.
